Simply flexing the dime-sized metal disk in any Goga Heat product initiates the heating process.  Within seconds, you will see the cool liquid turn into a crystallized gel and you will feel it warm up to a comfortable 130 degrees.  Depending on the size of the Goga Heat product, the pad will stay warm anywhere from 30 minutes to almost 2 hours!

To recharge, place it on a cloth or paper towel in a pot of water and let boil anywhere from 5 minutes to 20 minutes—larger pads require longer boiling.   Once all of the crystals have dissolved, remove Goga from the boiling water and let it cool to room temperature.

When cool, Goga is ready for use again!  This process can be repeated hundreds of times.

Goga Heat consists of a food-grade sodium acetate and water solution.   Flexing the metal disk instantly initiates a molecular reaction, producing 130 degrees of heat.  As each molecule reacts, the contents crystallize.  Boiling the pouch turns each crystal back to it’s liquid state, allowing the process to be repeated over and over again.
