Simply flexing the dime-sized metal disk in any Baby Goga product initiates the heating process.  Within seconds, you will see the cool liquid turn into a crystallized gel and you will feel it warm up to a comfortable 130 degrees.  Baby Goga products will stay warm anywhere from 30 minutes to almost 2 hours, depending on the starting temperature of the pack, how it is used and how the product is insulated during use.

To recharge, place it in a pot of water and let boil for approximately 12-15 minutes.  Once all of the crystals have dissolved, remove Baby Goga from the boiling water and let it cool to room temperature.

When cooled, Goga is ready for use again!  This process can be repeated hundreds of times.

Baby Goga consists of a food-grade sodium acetate and water solution.   Flexing the metal disk instantly initiates a molecular reaction, producing 130 degrees of heat.  As each molecule reacts, the contents crystallize.  Boiling the pouch turns each crystal back to it’s liquid state, allowing the process to be repeated over and over again.
